MR Maintenance was established in 2000, and is owned by Rick Gassner. Rick began his career as chief engineer for two of the top developers in Portland. After his career as an engineer he followed his desire for contract work and maintaining properties. MR Maintenance was then created with the mission to help you keep your property and investments well maintained while managing cost effectiveness.
